After my 21 Day Fix, I had a total weight loss of 4 lbs. I really enjoyed the program. The workouts were great and the meal plan was on point. The 4 lbs weight loss was definitely my fault. Towards the end I screwed up with my diet.
There are 2 big takeaways from this…
#1) You cannot outwork a poor diet – period!
Some days I did well with the meal plan & some days I did not. I know with certainly that if I had stuck 100% to the meal plan I would have had way better results. (That’s my fault).
#2) F*ck the scale!!
Ultimately who cares if it’s 4 lbs, 8 lbs, or 12 lbs? The point is to feel better, look better & improve your health. I lost 1.5 inches off my waist and I have gotten back on the right path. That’s what matters.
Too often people put too many limits & restrictions on their own success & happiness. (For example, by saying I must reach a particular weight by a particular time….) That puts too much pressure on something you may not be able to control. Instead focus on sticking to a plan and getting better everyday. The results will follow.
